Dr. Arshad Nawaz Malik is a leading physical therapist with nearly 20 years of clinical and academic experience, specializing in stroke rehabilitation and neurorehabilitation. He holds a PhD in Rehabilitation from ISRA University, Islamabad, with a focus on virtual reality training for stroke mobility recovery. He is currently a Professor and Principal at the Riphah College of Rehabilitation & Allied Health Sciences, Riphah International University, Islamabad, where he leads academic and research initiatives.

A certified neuro-rehab specialist from Seoul National University, South Korea, Dr. Malik has a passion for innovation in stroke care, evidenced by his contributions to advancing rehabilitation techniques through cutting-edge research in virtual reality and task-oriented training. He has supervised numerous MS/MPhil and PhD students, guiding their research in clinical rehabilitation sciences.

Dr. Malik has presented at both national and international conferences, with a strong commitment to improving rehabilitation practices. He also serves as the editor of the Journal of Riphah College of Rehabilitation Sciences, recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). His extensive experience spans clinical practice, research, and teaching, making him a key figure in promoting excellence in stroke rehabilitation and patient care.

In addition to his academic contributions, Dr. Malik has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, focusing on innovative approaches to physical therapy for stroke patients, including virtual reality, task-oriented training, and exer-gaming for stroke mobility improvement.
